In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Illness

If you are experiencing symptoms of an infectious illness close to your scheduled appointment, please call our office as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. Even if you are getting over an illness we encourage waiting until symptoms have completely subsided before scheduling.

Arrival

When coming to your appointment please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out any necessary paperwork, use the restroom, relax, etc.

Cancellations

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. If you have a gift certificate and do not give 24 hour notice when canceling a scheduled appointment, the 50% charge will be deducted from your certificate.

No Shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no show" and will be charged the FULL amount of the scheduled service. If you have a gift certificate and don't show up to your scheduled appointment, your gift certificate will be forfeit. 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate strict schedules and other clients whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for payment for the FULL amount of the scheduled service.

If you are going to be late please contact the office right away. Your appointment may have to be rescheduled as to not interfere with other appointments.

Once you are 10 minutes late, if you have not called, you will be considered a no show and will be automatically billed for the no show charge.

Charges

Late cancellation and no show charges are billed automatically depending on the circumstances. Life happens and we understand. Please contact us and we will waive charges on a case by case basis. Otherwise, your card on file will be charged. If we do not have your card on file you will be sent an invoice which must be paid before your next appointment.
